Self-centering Vibrating Screen

Working Principle

Driven by the motor through the pulley, the eccentric main shaft integrated with the screen box rotates and generates centrifugal force, which drives the vibration of circular trail of the screen box.

Features

The sieve mesh can freely choose polyurethane, stainless steel, rubber and other wear-resistant materials.

Wear-resistant rubber spring with long service life and low noise can be provided. Both the pedestal and hanged type vibrating screen are can be supplied.

The eccentricity of 3-5mm between the large pulley and the eccentric shaft balances the overall movement of the large pulley during the vibration of the vibrating screen, and increases the drive stability.

Application

Circular vibrating screen is one of the most commonly used mining equipment, which is widely used in mineral processing, construction materials, silicate and chemical industries.
