If the owner has less experience in mining industry or lacks of technical personnel, HZE can arrange technicians to supervise and guide the owner's plant. The main supervision includes ensuring the continuity and stability of production, ensuring that the production achieves the expected planning indexes, conducting the maintenance and repair of equipment, supervising the correct operation of analysis room and laboratory, upgrading technology and continuing technical training during production.
