Tin Beneficiation and Processing Plant
HZE will conduct feasibility studies based on the condition of the raw ore, the metallurgical test report, the customer's mineral reserves and investment scale, and the conditions for building the plant, then propose a complete set of solutions for the plant which includes engineering design, equipment manufacturing and supply, logistics, installation, commissioning, training, trial production and so on to ensure advanced technology, perfect processing, efficient plant construction, reduced investment, environmental protection and maximum benefits.
The proper processing is design for tin concentrating according to different mineral properties. Generally, the processing of crushing, screening, grinding and classification is used to treat the raw ores for preparation before beneficiation. Some tin minerals can be pre-separated by the heavy medium cyclone. If there is too much fine slime or clay in the raw materials, it is necessary to remove the fine slime by ore-washing to avoid the influence of the sludge on the separation effect.
The common beneficiation processing is gravity concentration which is executed by the jigs and shaking tables usually. Some tin minerals can be recovered by flotation. If there are too many sulfides in the raw ore, flotation should be proposed to remove sulfides. If the ore contains magnetic minerals, magnetic separation should be used to separate magnetic materials out as the by-products.
The separated concentrate is generally dewatered then packed and sold.
The tailings are pumped to the tailings impoundment or the tailings are dewatered for dry stacking.
