Tungsten Beneficiation and Processing Plant

The proper processing is design for tungsten concentrating according to different mineral properties. Generally, the processing of crushing, screening, grinding and classification is used to treat the raw ores for preparation before beneficiation. The main beneficiation processing sorts of tungsten ore are manual separation, heavy medium separation, gravity concentration, flotation, magnetic separation, electric separation and so on. The wolframite is mainly concentrated by gravity separation, the coarse-grained scheelite is mainly concentrated by gravity separation and fine-grained scheelite is mainly extracted by flotation.
The separated concentrate is generally dewatered then packed and sold.
The tailings are pumped to the tailings impoundment or the tailings are dewatered for dry stacking.
